There are easily accessible washrooms, go past the front desk and make a left.
The Hilton has elevated prices for food which are comparable to Puerto Madero restaurants but high for BsAs in general.
If you want to pay moderately high prices and get great value, take a cab and go to Oviedo or Puratierra.
If you want something really, really good...go to Nectarine and take the menu degustacion at about USD100 plus wine. If you want very overpriced food, to to La Bourgogne at Hotel Alvear or to the Four Seasons...similarly priced but not as good.
