Doubt it. UA is very protective of its F cabin, and with good reason. UA's F service is quite a few notches above what US provides (i.e., it is well worth paying for in terms of upgrades). Even if UA were to match, I highly doubt it will all of a sudden let every US elite also upgrade on its planes free of charge. Perhaps at the gate only, yet that's a lost cause as I rarely see a UA F cabin go out empty as-is.
