I see this thing about Business check-in when there's a LH flight have been mentioned a couple of times. It's not correct - at least not at BGO. I flew out from BGO on a LH flight yesterday and there was no business check-in. I have checked in on other flights around the same time as SGS handles a LH flight several times and there's no business check-in desk. Quite annoying.

They handed out a survey during the flight from BGO to FRA and I made sure to mention the bad SGS service at BGO several times.

(OT but I flew onwards from FRA with UA. The process pre-boarding as both a *G and business passenger was outstanding and can't be compared to SK at all. "Mr Erwiol, please stand by the red carpet and we will pre-board you very soon" and other things that makes you feel appreciated. However, when it comes to service on board... oh my god. This was my first UA flight in C and I must say it s***ed big time. On board service with SK is 10x better. I would say that even SK M got better service and attentive staff than UA C. One of the flight attendants even managed to say out loudly: "I'm sick and tired of this crappy aircraft. I could personally take it to the graveyard. I will try one more thing and if that doesn't work I'll say goodbye and never come back to this job again." That's comforting for the passengers to hear )
