What kind of a meal is "Refreshments?"

Just noticed this popping up (specifically, the 9+pm DTW-FLL, which shows "Meals for Purchase" in Y and "Refreshments" in F). This flight used to be "Meal: None" for both cabins.

I first assumed snack basket, but then it would show "Refreshments" on virtually every non-meal flight, which it does not.

Curious if anyone knows of any difference between the snack basket and "refreshments??"
