Problems with entering API?
Hello all,
For the last two days I've been trying to fill out the Advanced Passenger Information (API) online form for a weekend transborder trip. However, the system keeps rejecting my input with the following error:
We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please take note of the error number and contact our Technical Support Desk.(APIS_GE)
This error kicks out regardless of the browser or system. The only thing that's unique is that I booked the (paid) flight for my wife using my Air Canada/Aeroplan account, but I don't see how that changes anything. Has anyone else had this problem, or is there something wrong with my booking?
