Mr hey and I are coming from California and have pretty much exhausted road trips northwest and southwest (Yellowstone and grand tetons this july)

driving 4 hours some days is not a big deal to us. Mr hey also doesn't swim, so no to water sports, but we do like beaches (used to live in Hawaii) We like exploring smaller towns and lesser known places. yes to great scenery, good (not fancy) food.
