Thank you Exiled in Express~ I told her to try calling the World Club. She was in the one in Detroit earlier. I told her to try calling there and mention to the agent that she knows how they can work magic sometimes...which I firmly believe they can. They are the best!
I also called the baggage number on NWA and spoke with a [name redacted]. He said he would send a message to O'hare about the ipod and also put the information into her reservation and a number to call if they locate the ipod. I think it will somewhat of a miracle if it is located though. Oh well, Live and learn.
