I think that this is just a 1 time issue. I have been dealing with Hilton for 10+ years and this is the 1st time that I can remember the web site and customer service agents both locked up. There have been times when one or the other has been down, but not both. I too have been attempting to log in for the past 28 hours. Hopefully it will be back up soon.
