She just called me from on the road. She said she just realized she left her new ipod on her seat (17A) on flight 1241 from detroit to O'hare. She asked me to call NorthWest. I called and they said there is nothing that can be done by phone. He said she'll have to check with baggage when she returns to O'hare on Sunday. Any suggestions (another number or e-mail?) would be greatly appreciated! I know she probably won't see it again though...
