Taking a vacation trip late May on an open-jaw into Barcelona and returning from Madrid. We'll be spending a few days in each and making our way between them by train. We'd like to spend a day and night in another city to break up the travel and just to see someplace else. Zaragoza and Valencia seem like workable choices. Any opinions/suggestions one over the other? Or someplace else altogether?
