Fully agree, "Fast track" is NOT fast track, period. BA, via BAA should at least make a noteable improvement in this department at T5, itīs been unacceptable long enough, and is still upsetting many regular customers.

Of course, security is top priority, but "Fast track" MUST be improved for eligible users. Friday just gone there was ONE channel only, with at least 30 people queueing, wondering whether to jump to an "ordinary" queue. I did notice however that a slight change had been made, looked like transfer pax no longer joined this security point.
