Yes. LH lost most bags in excess of 20 times for me, and I
never got a penny from them as a compensation for the inconvenience.
However, I am the lonely minority on this board. Many have more more cheering episodes to confess and can report that the LH station paid them 100 EUR cash the moment they reported the loss and then delivered the luggage to the hotel within a few hours.
