My Dutch customer just went to South Africa for a week. He lives in Holland but decided to fly BA Club World because the seats are better than KL and the price was competitive.

He has just vowed 'never again' after being subjected to more than an hour of queueing (this was in the 'Fast Track' - which I know from personal experience at T5 is anything but) on the way back after disembarking the JNB (arrived on time) and transitting to the AMS flight (missed it). To make it worse, the next AMS was full and he had to wait 5 hours in total, arriving home late afternoon instead of mid-morning.

No wonder AMS, FRA, ZRH are the choice of more and more people. How embarrassing.
