What's the LH daily compensation for delayed/missing luggage ?
After booking a very ordinary flight from the US to Germany that ended up to be a flight from hell with a 12 hour delay through Frankfurt and Dusseldorf on a "ghost booking" with LH and no assistance whatsoever from the uncooperative LH people at both airports, I am still after 5 days without my suitcase ( yes ... their claim of "High standard of customer service" is utterly laughable especially in a foreign country !).
Does anyone have experience with this issue and if so, what is the standard allowance for replacement stuff on a daily basis ... if there even is one ?
