Straight from Nigels text book this one:

1. Change timetable and remove key flights
2. Complain about not viable services
3. Reduce capacity (if possible)
4. Move flight times again
5. Remove service
6. Achieve original objective of releasing Heathrow slots and start up more services to Baku (or similar). Blame BAA just for the extra mischief.
