as per the thread title, i am looking for an F (or C if i must) redemption trip US-UK-US in June/July.

i am thinking along the following lines:-
avoid - us, ua
preferred - sq, nz, lx
avoid - lh, os

i would appreciate the benefit of your opinions.

finally, how about bmi? i can see the benefit of C redemption for Y mileage, but is the product not worse (older) than other business cabins? and would i be assured of the upgrade or could i end up in Y?!
