My own personal order of preference (as someone who prefers aisle seating and likes to stretch out my legs) is as follows: (1) 45C; (2) 45H; (3) 33C; (4) 33H; (5) Any G seat in rows 20-24 (aisles on both sides cuts your likelihood of being disturbed by an exiting middle seater in half; no entertainment box chewing up legroom underneath the seat in front); (6) any C or H seat in rows 20-24; (7) seriously consider a different flight. YMMV.
