I understand priority waitlist when a flight is sold out. Highest status gets the first seat open, I guess.

But paraphrasing "Priority waitlist when the ... eligible fare you want ... is sold out."

Does T0 then mean that I can waitlist for T1? I have no idea how that does/would work.
