I think DL could make better use of their time bringing their other technology up date, especially matching the features of nwa.com or mobile.nwa.com.
Being able to let upgraded NW customers use a kiosk or online check-in should be fixed before any iPhone apps are developed. Letting NW elites select preferred seats at delta.com should be another priority.
