How to tell if you have one PNR? You have only one confirmation number. So if the there are seperate confirmation numbers you do not have one PNR.

PNRs cannot be joined, merged, .... they can be crossreferenced in the comment section which an agent can see if they look. But as mahasamatman mentions in irrops re-booking (done by computer) that will be no help.
