WorldClub membership will get you into any NW lounge, domestic or foreign. Partner's lounges can be more of an issue. I have always been able to use KL lounges (AMS is a dream!), but AF is a problem: my card works in Madrid, but Paris is a stickler. Paris insists the only card that works is AmEx Platinum, although once after lots of whining they took pity on me.
