wco81, I am sure coach was oversold JFK-FCO and that's why you got the UG. They would not have moved you up unless they absolutely had to. That being said, op-ups seem to be reported more and more lately. I can only wonder if the economy has more businesses buying Y leading to Y cabins being even fuller than usual?
