As I said, this is a learning experience -- both for the Ambassador on how to do this, and for me on the best use of the Ambassador services. External (non-Starwood) arrangements, at least in this case, are best left to me.
You are way too kind. Learning experience??? An ability to read the English language (e.g., the name of an airport and a date) is something that should have been achieved by most children in the second grade! Looks like SPG hasn't a clue of who should be hired for such a job. With the unemployment rate as high as it is, why can't they find competent help?
