You are way too kind. Learning experience??? An ability to read the English language (e.g., the name of an airport and a date) is something that should have been achieved by most children in the second grade! Looks like SPG hasn't a clue of who should be hired for such a job. With the unemployment rate as high as it is, why can't they find competent help?
