The FSD did not refer to screeners, I believe the term was officers or agents. Big difference. Screeners dont detain (and will not ever attempt to detain), but the FAMs do, who can conduct playbook ops. If you would like to discuss this issue with an FSD, why not call one and I'm sure that something could be arranged, but please do it on your side of the state because the paperwork can be rather lenghty. I wish to add that I have already stated my opinion on this issue "This is the propbably the only time I will agree that this is really a stupid reg. I cant imagine the TSA even trying to enforce this. Places like Leadville are so way out there. How much $$$$ is going to be wasted on travel budget for compliance inspection?
