Yes to FL- make sure you have your BA card to access first the AC complex and then the FL.

It has been a while since i sat in Y on this configuration, but it is 2-3-2 and IIRC the first few rows of coach have the galley and lavs in the middle, and are a little claustrophobic and crowded with people in the aisle. I would take an aisle/window closer to the back.
