I've done the usual searches on here, but can't really find what I'm looking for.

I'm a relatively regular BA passenger in F to LAD, however as this is a business trip, my driver doesn't get me to the airport until shortly before boarding, so I have little time to experience anything.

So, I've used some miles and BA's half price sale at Christmas to book myself a return flight in F from LHR to LAX and I'm going to get to the airport as early as possible to get the full F experience, (I'm BA Gold if that makes any difference)

Now I know there's dedicated F check in at T5, and I believe I can use the Concord room, my question really is what else should I do whilst in the terminal and how should I maximise the experience on both legs of the flight.
