There will be a number of daily ferries and hydrofoils running between Athens and Santorini. Once your there, you will see a number of options, including non-stops, as well as ferries that will make brief stops in Naxos/Paros, Mykonos, or Syros. At worst, you might have to change ferries at one of those hub locations.
Just visit a couple of the ticket brokers at the Santorini harbor when you arrive to determine which schedule works best for your return.

I guess I am being too nervous. ; ( I don't feel comfortable not having confrimed reservation one month before my trip becuase my schedule is not flexible at all!! I've put down deposit for Santorini hotel and paid for the cruise. Do I really have to wait to get my tickets there? ... >,<
