1. How should I get over to the FCT in FRA? I know in the past there was a bus, shuttle or walk. Not sure how it's done now, though at least I know from this thread that I should be given access.
2. What lounge should I use in ZRH? Note that ZRH-JFK implicates a departure to the United States.
If your connection is less than 6 hours, you are not invited to the FCT under the new rules.
