Which FF program are they modeling? BIS miles or program miles? Or a more nebulous "flying miles" (including bonuses)?

BIS miles takes a loooooong time. I understand they give the equivalent of mid-tier elite status at 1 million BIS.

Fastest 1MM flying with bonuses was that Canadian who punched it all out with one "unlimited flying" pass in (as I recall) two months?

Fastest program miles accumulation I've heard of is 2MM in 7 days, by a guy who turned in 17 Marriott Rewards travel packages into 2.04 million miles!

Pudding Guy punched out 1MM program miles in AA within a couple months.

My own modest efforts did it more conventionally in a little under 16 months. (2MM coming early this May--a little under 24 months after 1MM).
