At first I thought the discussion was about a FI just outside Disney World, FLORIDA where I stayed once a few years back. Breakfast was included and takes place at a common building they shared with a few other budget brand (SHS and RI?) called the Marriott Village. I'm sure the combined rooms of the village approaches this "unique and special" FI.

Knock down some first room rooms and make a breakfast area. Come on, now.
