I'd book the paid for Y and hope for success with your vouchers. Even if not, it's a tolerably short trip. Good luck with MS. They managed to lose my bags from CAI to SSH and took several days to retrieve... I resorted to giving gifts

to airport staff at SSH to spring them into action..
