Flight
JL8878
took off at 2:30pm from Shanghai's
Hongqiao Airport
and was heading to Tokyo's Haneda Airport when problems occurred.
An initial investigation indicates a bird strike 10 minutes after take-off,
however the exact cause of the incident remains under investigation.
