Just got E-Mail receipts through for my 4 award bookings!

(I'm still recovering from the shock!!)

Technique used was to sit on top of the number for refunds at exactly 9AM until the ACD queue opened up, then wait stubbornly whilst it rang out....

Agree with everyone else, once you get through to them, they're very efficient!

With this miracle under my belt, I feel I should now try a few other things out, like a quick walk across the Mersey, or perhaps getting a peace treaty signed for Gaza, or possibly even trying to use a GUV on a bmi mainline service (Willard: Steady on Ken, now you're just being silly!).
