In 21ABJK there is enough for me to stretch my legs out straight and rest my feet flat on the bulkhead. I'm 5'10". 21DEFG have less legroom but still good.
If in the window seats there is plenty of room to exit without disturbing the aisle passenger, so I'd take that in preference to the centre block even though I normally go for aisle seats.
