Currently in the middle of a 21 night stay at this property. Service as usual has been great. Was greeted by both the GM and Director of Rooms upon check-in. Upgraded to an Executive Suite (have always been upgraded w/Platinum status here).

To top it off, walked into the lounge yesterday and was greeted by the desk attendant with a happy birthday! She asked if I had received a cake in my room? I said, no. 5 minutes later, she and the other lounge attendant came in with a cake and sang happy birthday to me.
