I was nearly about to book a KE flight from SFO-ICN, it was the same price as the OZ flight at the same times. The fare rules stated that it would NOT earn miles (and I was crediting to NW, and NWA.com said that class would indeed not earn), so I booked the OZ flight which did earn miles.
