does Amtrak allow 2-inch lowered Mercedes E350(W211) wagon on the auto train?

I have a '07 Mercedes E350 4-Matic wagon. When I bought it in '07, I had
a Lorinser lowering suspension kit installed. The vehicle dropped by about
2.1 inches. The ground clearance is almost 3 inches, if I pump the tires to
36psi. The wheels are 19" AMG wheels.

My family will be going to Key West next month. I already bought all the
tickets for the Auto Train(two rooms and one vehicle)

I called Amtrak, the agent had no idea what I was talking about when I
asked about ground clerance and lowered suspension.

I don't want to risk being rejected at the Auto Train station on the day of
travel.... Is there a way to contact the station directly on the phone?

Any info appreciated!
