I have been a member for a little while, but have lurked here for the last year or so and found it to be quite useful!

Firstly, if this is in the wrong section, i apologize.

Secondly, i need your expertise. I work for a language school in Bologna Italy, and we are trying to put together a group travel tour to London in June for about 10 people plus one teacher.

We have tried and tried and TRIED, to get help from British Airways in both Rome and London, but as usual, we have been greeted with non-chalance, ignorance, and rudeness (one operator claimed this link didn't even exist!). Could anyone of you please recommend a decent travel agent, or supply me with an email address of someone at BA who could help us? We are desperate at this stage as our cost effectiveness pivots on getting discounted flights and hotels.

That last point brings me to my next point - could any of you recommend a decent hotel near the centre of London which caters for groups and which provides decent styled accommodation for roughly £50 per night for a single en suite? We have tried booking via intermediary websites, but alot of them seem to not be able to provide us with the discounted rooms we need.

Please help me! Argh!!
