1200 kroner is a hell of a lot of money for lounge access, a free meal and an empty seat beside you, besides most of the people who would use those fares will most likely have gold cards so they get the lounge access anyway, which makes 1200 extra look like a lot of money for free food and an empty seat beside you. Next up I really don't get the point of business class for inter Europe flights which aren't very long, we're not talking long haul here where business or premium economy is worth it.
