I had problems getting a refund (basically money not returned to the CC way overdue the promised time). I called the number you gave a few times (you won't ever get through. I e-mailed the address they gave me, had a reply the next day apologising for what had happened and the following the day the money was back on my CC.

You won't have too many issues sending them a mail me thinks. Annoying - yes. As once said: e-mails are for geeks and pedophiles.
