Well, of course, fate being what it is (and having a wry sense of humor too, it appears), I now find myself in the same position as the OP.
ICC still will not issue a receipt for an award booking. They provide the number for the UK Refunds dept as a goto.
Said number answers with a recorded message saying they are busy and hangs up!
Surely, given that bmi have made the decision not to automatically provide a receipt (is E-Mailing a receipt so hard?!) they could at least implement call queuing on the only number that can give you one!
And, another thing, I've booked a trip for 2 PAX, so why have I only been issued an E-Mail itinerary for one of them ?!
Looks like I'm having a bad bmi day today....
