I've searched a bunch of the threads in the sticky, the FAQ, and tried my own search, but can't find the answer to this admittedly dumb question.

On what floors, or in what rooms, is the bottled water complimentary at Starwood properties? It seems very hit or miss to me.

For instance, a lot of Sheraton's have SPG floors and club floors. Is the water free in rooms on both? Or just the club floors? Or just the SPG floors?

Just wondering.
