I have gotten it recently when searching in large metro areas (DC, NJ/NY) - but not all the time. This AM rates came up perfectly.

When I did receive it, I found that if I changed the settings (ie - eliminated JW Marriotts or TPS or something) the rates for all hotels would then show.
