On my return from Shanghai to San Francisco a few months ago, I took a convoluted routing: PVG-PEK-YVR-SFO. For my short connection between two Air China flights at Beijing, I visited Air China's International Business Class lounge. It was a nice lounge with an open ceiling design, and I wish I had more time to enjoy it before my onward flight. Here is my photo report on this lounge:
