I also have had issues with sleeping at HP in the past. I am at a HP now and don't look forward to sleeping on that bed
BTW: I pulled the cover off the end and it saids "Grand Bed Plush Pillowtop". I will be at a Hyatt Regency later this week and will check the label on that bed.
A little brand confusion?
I would assume that Amerisuites without the Grand Beds are the remaining Amerisuites properties that were not converted to the Hyatt Place brand nor ever upgraded to the Grand Bed.
I am not a fan of the bed personally
However it is certainly a better bed then what is found in a number of select Hyatt hotels.IMO the bed is simply to firm in a pillowtop comfy world
That said it is all subjective
