Just completed setting up an OZ/NZ itinerary using CO miles in J for February 2010. I remember the last two times I cashed in miles for similar itineraries, it cost about 75% fewer miles. Oh well, those days are gone. Checked the sticky at the top of the forum but there isn't a large cross-section of guidance as to the best J A380 seats. I also checked Seat Expert, which covers the A380 much better than Seat Guru. I realize there could be an a/c substitution to a B744. My fingers will be crossed.
Currently have 12F on QF94 and 13F on QF11. I usually prefer the aisle access over a window, but I know I'll miss the lockers which I'm guessing are somewhat similar to the ones on the 744 upper deck. Last time I did the upper deck, it was dreamtime seats so getting to the aisle with the seat in front reclined wasn't real easy, but doable.
Since the Skybed V2's don't extend into a footwell of the seat in front as do the V1's, do I need to be a circus freak in order to contort, stretch, or leap from an A or K seat to get to the aisle if I were to change to window seats?
Also, are there sufficient curtains separating the bar/lounge areas in front of row 11 or separating row 13 from the lavs and galley behind? I am not like many of you who are fast asleep drooling on yourselves before the a/c backs away from the gate.

I envy those of you who are. I spend too much time removing the eyeshade to see who just walked by. Thanks ^
