WRONG!!! Getting to the rental desk does not require a shuttle ride. The Hertz desk is in the Arrivals hall when you exit immigration and customs. There are two Hertz car parks (parking lots): one, which is a 5 min walk away is for #1 Club Gold, 5*, PC and Platinum members. The second one does require a shuttle (about a five minute journey) and is for everyone else. When returning the vehicle, you do have to take a shuttle back to the terminal as the drop-off location is not within walking distance.
