2 thingz . . .

1) I know that sometimes when you start a new thread, especially when it's a complaint situation, you can get all welled up with feelings and unintentionally exaggerate a little, as in your "nightmare" description in the title. I posted once in the NW forum that after being stuck in DTW for hours and hours due to flight problems, that I yelled something at an Elite Line rep. - - It was a figure of speech - - I was welled up with emotions when I was writing it - - I didn't LITERALLY yell at the agent. Well, I got all jumped on from a very prominent (but not necessarily well-liked) frequent NW participant. So, after some banter back and forth about what I did or didn't do, I just stopped talking about it. My point is, I'm sure you were upset, but didn't mean the word NIGHTMARE literally.

2) Be sure to send the bill for your therapy to FT Customer Service!!
