have been around for some time hence my question as I don't frequent this board all that more anymore and therefore was seeking input from those who do and keep track of these things.

Just wondering if they might launch the promotion in the summer based upon past experience -- anyone remember when was the last summer promotion? -- and whether they had relaxed their rules re opaque sites.

After all, someone who does not frequent this board all that often would not know whether or not they had, indeed, relaxed elite re-qualification privileges lately, right?
