DL/NW is the largest airline venture in the world with more routes than most, or all other domestic airlines.
- UA has an ever-shrinking route system (as a corporate policy)
- UA has mediocre service (- at best comparable to LX and AC in intl' F, in my experience).
- UA fares are NOT competitve on any route. (There may be some rare exceptions to this impression but i don't know where...).
